Our Initiatives
Purpose
NABCA is dedicated to providing a forum for Black Catholic Administrators to gather and share their collective resources to effectively address the spiritual needs, issues and concerns facing the Black Catholic communities we serve. Our actions shall focus on the Roman Catholic Church in the United States of America. NABCA will be the change agent for an inclusive church that will be attuned to our constituency.
Goals
The goals of NABCA are as follows:
- To strive for the evangelization of our faith communities, the unchurched and the wider community.
- To develop leadership skills and provide resources for NABCA members and other constituencies.
- To collaborate with other national organization who embrace a common or similar focus and vision as NABCA.
- To formulate strategies for the implementation of the National Black Catholic Pastoral Plan and other core documents.
